Took my BMW after shredded tire road debris struck my front bumper causing superficial damage. Mike and his crew explained everything in detail and repaired everything as quoted with no other surprises afterwards, clear cut and honest. My car came out brand new and looks amazing. Mike and his team were outstanding! My Honda looks better leaving his shop then it did leaving the dealer's lot when I first bought my vehicle. The repairs were meticulously completed and Mike went above and beyond with the detailing, and more ( I highly recommend the detailing). The ladies handled me with great care, as well (Professional and kind). Thank you for your old school work ethic. I highly recommend Palm Bay Collision Repairs!

I couldn't be happier with the work Mike and the entire team did. I don't even live in Palm Bay, but in Miami and am so glad I made the choice to go with Palm Bay Collision Repair. They were very transparent through the entire process and honest about everything that would need to be done to fix my car. I can honestly say it looks better today than it did before the accident. 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone looking for work done on their car!

I had an amazing experience at Palm Bay Collision! The customer service was truly 10 out of 10. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and even offered water and coffee. Vicky and Brian were incredibly supportive, pleasant, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Vicky had all the paperwork ready to go and clearly explained both the drop-off and pickup process, which made everything seamless and stress-free. Once my car was ready, Vicky personally called to make sure I had made arrangements to pick it up. The repairs were completed quickly, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. As a college student, getting into my first car accident on thanksgiving no less was super stressful and devastating, especially because I really couldn’t afford an expensive repair. Mike at Palm Bay Collision honestly made the whole situation so much easier. He worked with me to come up with a price that was affordable and realistic for my situation, which meant a lot. He was upfront and communicative the entire time with my dad while I focused on school, and when I got my car back it looked like new. You can tell they actually care, especially with the owner being so involved. I was so grateful for everything they did that I even sent flowers. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who wants honest, quality work without feeling taken advantage of.
